South Sydney AFA would like to invite your Club members to participate in the annual 2, 4 and 6 competition held out of South Sydney AFA Club grounds. This year the competition will be held on the 24th and 25th of November 2007.

Each year the competition is advertised as an ANSA NSW Christmas Party and every year there are prizes to win and a charity raffle.

As you will note on the attached flyer we have two great sponsors on board. Sea Sea Marine, who looks after all the individual trophies and prizes and our raffle sponsor is Fish Therapy who has donated all sorts of raffle prizes. All takings from the raffle, like every year go towards a charity of our choice.

We would be very pleased to see your Club attend the social weekend.

24th and 25th November 2007

The annual 2,4,6 Comp, held at South Sydney AFA premises, cnr Macquarie and Hastings, Chifley, Sydney will be held on Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th of November 2007, commencing at 4am on Saturday and finishing on Sunday at 2pm.

RULES

• 1.0 Only 2, 4 and 6kg line is allowed and only sportsfishing tackle is to be used.

• 2.0 No fish will be weighed after 2pm on Sunday.

• 3.0 All fish must be weighed on site at South Sydney AFA premises.

• 4.0 Only ANSA affiliated clubs and members are invited.

• 5.0 Carp can not be weighed for competition.

• 6.0 For users of Braid/Gelspun lines, you must use the minimum of one (1) metre of monofilament line attached to the end of the braid/gelspun mainline, as per ANSA NSW guidelines. The minimum of one (1) metre of monofilament must be signature pre-test, factory tested or monofilament that has previously been tested by the ANSA NSW recorder and verified. The rated strength of the monofilament (minimum one (1) metre length) is the breaking strain of the line that will be recorded when entering fish. The following diagram illustrates an example

$10 Senior, $5 Junior (includes a Saturday night BBQ, Commencing at 6pm.)

Categories are as follows

• 1.0 Boat. 2kg, 4kg, 6kg (1st prizes will be awarded in each line class Section)

• 2.0 Non-Boat. 2kg, 4kg, 6kg (1st prizes will be awarded in each line class Section)
