hiya all, i think i've become addicted (even more than i already was) to bass fishing. I bought myself a Dagger Voyager sit on top kayak that is made for fishing, Had done a lot of bass fishing on foot before but little from any type of boat or other watercraft. I used to see so many good spots on that couldnt get to on foot and now can go just about anywhere in the yak. it only takes 20 mins to get to a good bass river from where i work, and most days i take the kayak and all my gear with me. Have been getting a lot of fish (when the river hasnt been in flood), and its all i seem to think about lately. Have caught some good whiting and flatties from it -one big dusky of just under 80cm as well.... How,s everyone else's fishing been going over the summer period? cheers.........Dave

Hi DAK,

Welcome to the club. I've enjoyed many bass over the years from a Kayak it's always been so much fun. You can even get them into some really skinny water and get to fish that have never seen a lure before. Enjoy.

Dicko..
