Hi everyone it was a great opening for me i managed 6 trout 5 rainbows and 1 brown sizes averaged from 500 grams to 1 kg lost a thumper as well all fish released for next time I used soft plastics mainly and squidgy fish with wriggler tails were the stand out in the 80 mm and bloodworm or gold colours were the best lots of trout being caught although i did notice some people were taking everything they caught regarless of size or bag limits i did call fisheries to mention they should come and check the area but they were to busy to get there lets hope these people who think that a dozen fish which most were small was worth it because if it keeps happening there wont be any left soon and we will all miss out
