Hi guys Just got back from holidays in QLD where i tried saltwater fishing for the first time and have to say i am HOOKED. caught

12 bream all under size but fun 6 whiting very small 1 sting ray approx 60 cm across 2 fish with yellow stripes and a black spot not sure what they were

all fish were releaed without harm were caught on rocks and surf

already planning my next trip any tips on somewhere in vic would be great tight lines Lewie

Spooled and many site have been optimized for it (you will find the site will load quicker then using Internet Explorer)

i am from vic and i would reccommend the port albert jetty, or if you have a small boat in the bay i would reccomend the basket beacon. or as you come up to the entrance take a right and make sure your using 10kg gear because in the summer big gummy sharks and even snapper. port alberts a very good place to fish because if you just follow standard methods you will have success. P.S where in vic are you if you dont mind cause i got heaps of places and i may be able to give you some close to home tight lines

hi thanks for the tips toothy i live in shepparton i have a few spots up here and am very familiar with murray/goulburn but can always use some more spots if ur ever up this way drop me a line am always happy to meet some new fishing associates tight lines guys P.S the photos wont be long its my camera not workin
