I guess there needs to be a starting point in the Fly Fishing section, so what do you target.

Regards, Andrew "Wet"

G'day Andrew,

Have seen you around over at flylife.

Still learning the ropes with fly fishing and hoping to chase bass in the fresh and a number of estuary species in the salt. Unfortunately no trout in Queensland.

Andrew

Howdy mate,

There is something i did not know, heck if there is still some trout floating around they must be prehistoric by now. Here's me thinking the only trout up this way are the coral variety.

Cheers Andrew

Nah, the big srorm of last weekend has well and truly gone. Very wild and woolly last Friday night with wind blowing the rain horizontally into the side of the house - started hearing some creaking i would prefer not to.

That should read "storm" not "srorm". Where the bloody hell is the edit icon.

Mate, the wind stopped by monday. As for the fishing...not too sure due to lack of fishing(not that i do not want too, too many committments at the moment). How is the weather and fishing down in Victoria?

No worries rick, was not complaining - just playing on the new tourism ads....where the bloody hell.

Fishings fairly good down here at the moment, spent last weekend (long weekend) in the northEast the fishing was quite good some good fish in the upper Indi, the nariel fish better lower down and a special place (up very high) fished very well. I might pop out during the week and fish a lake.

Ric whats the code for posting photos??

G'day Andrew, I had a talk with my web boys and I have decided not to add an edit button. This decision was arrived at for a couple of reasons but mainly so the conversation has a coherency and to protect the integrity, sorry.

On the Photo front I have instructed the team to add a facility to do so and should be done within the week.

G'day Andrew,

Hallelujah, i managed to get out for a fish Sunday afternoon. Picked up a handful of lizards on small hardbodies. Didn't take the wand but had half an hour of practice casting right on dusk Sunday. Thinking i may need some casting tuition - get it basically right but having trouble moving past that stage.....i'm looking for consistency. Andrew

G'day Andrew(take two), Hallelujah, managed to get out for a fish on Sunday, picked up a handful of lizards and kept a couple for chewing. Didn't take the wand but had time to do some practice casting late Sunday. Thinking i may need some tuition to get me past the basics where i'm stuck. Cheers Andrew
