I have caught heaps of fish over a 25year period, but the most noteable are my 20lb jewfish from the Lane Cove river, a 10lb tailor trolling off Rose Bay in sydney harbour and a few 40-60cm flatties from Hawkesbury river in summer months. I am looking to catch even bigger jewfish and some tuna from the rocks in the next few months. I am a Network Engineer by day, so am usually really flat out and fishing is one of those great relaxing things I and my forefathers have enjoyed over many generations. I have been fishing since I was 3 years old, and used to go beach fishing with my grandfather for big bream, whiting and dart, jewfish and tailor during school holidays. Over the years I have learned that you don't have to catch fish to have a great time fishing (but it always helps to make it even better!)
